PRESENTATION REQUEST
So you’re interested in meeting our birds? Excellent!
A few things to know:
Suggested minimum donation of $300
When considering the proposed date of your event, please note that most events require at least two weeks prior to the date to schedule our volunteer raptor handlers.
Program dates are only confirmed once the availability of our handlers is verified.
Please fill out this form as completely as you can. Feel free to add as many details as needed, including additional date choices, in the space provided.
Please allow as long as five days for us to reply to your initial request.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If the program must be canceled due to illness, you will not be penalized. If other dates are available, you may reschedule, or we can offer a full refund.

Choosing a venue: What makes a great program space for us?

Good acoustics with little echo (libraries and classrooms are great; avoid gyms and cafeterias)

A solid wall behind the presentation space (this helps the birds feel safe)

A nearby parking spot so we can haul equipment in and out easily

No other animals present, especially dogs
WEATHER: Birds are very sensitive to excessive heat. If the outdoor temperature is over 85 degrees, the program will need to be held in air-conditioned space.
In the event of hazardous conditions, programs may need to be rescheduled.
